I tried using the discount code they were literally advertising on their own site, and checkout kept saying it wasn’t valid. The banner was still up, so that’s on them. I contacted customer service and all they did was tell me to “check the terms,” like I was the problem. It felt like a bait-and-switch, and I’m not wasting my time shopping there again.

It works okay for the most part, but not all of the attachments fit as well as I expected. Some go on fine, while others feel a little off. Still, it’s not bad if you only need the ones that fit right.

I’ll admit I’m a little biased toward fixing things instead of replacing them, so when one of the knobs on my KitchenAid range broke, I really didn’t want to deal with buying something bigger than I needed. I figured it would be annoying to track down, but the part was easy to find on the site, and I liked being able to double-check that it matched my model.

I placed the order, it showed up a few days later, and it fit just fine. Not the most exciting purchase in the world, but i was happy to get the range back to normal without spending a bunch of money over one little knob.

I’ve been using it mostly for bread and cookie dough, and it mixes everything about as well as I could ask for. I barely have to stop and scrape the bowl, which is nice. The motor feels steady, and it doesn’t jump around on the counter. Really happy with it so far

I’m really frustrated with how this went. They missed my appointment twice, and after all that, my fridge is still broken. When I contacted support, it felt like they were blaming me for the scheduling issues instead of trying to help fix the problem. Just a really disappointing experience overall...

I had my new KitchenAid installed last week it went really smooth. The guys showed up right on time, were careful with the floors, and they had everything hooked up fast, oh, and they didn’t leave a mess behind either. I was expecting it to be more of a hassle, but it was actually super easy. Really happy with it.

I’ve had my KitchenAid mixer for a little over 2 years now, and it still feel solid. I mostly use it for bread dough and cookies, usually once or twice a week, and so far nothing cracked or got loose, which kind of surprised me.

The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the bowl was getting scratches quick, and the attachments have showed some wear too. But the actual mixer is still tough and runs like it did when I first got it, so overall I’m happy with it.

It holds a lot more than I expected and fits all my stuff well. That said, it does take up a bit more counter space than I pictured, so if you’re already wondering whether it might be too big, trust your instinct and measure first

The package did eventually show up in good condition, so I’ll give them that. But it took longer than I expected, and I feel like companies should be more upfront about shipping times instead of leaving customers guessing.

I returned a mixer part and did end up getting my refund, so I’ll give them credit for that. But it took longer than I think it should have. Support was polite enough, just not especially helpful or reassuring. In my opinion, if a company is going to take your money quickly, they should handle refunds with the same level of urgency.

Overall, I’d say it’s worth it. I wasn’t expecting it to be super cheap, and it really isn’t, but for what you get, the value feels fair

I got a kitchenaid mixer from the site, and so far I’m happy with it. It feels sturdy, runs smoothly, and just seems like good quality overall. Shipping was okay too, nothing amazing but no issues either. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the price felt a bit high to me. I was just glad they had the mixer in the color I wanted, because it feels like it’s always sold out everywhere else. And no, it wasn’t some complicated process either, the checkout was simple, no weird delays, no backorder message, nothing like that. I got my order in quickly and that was pretty much all I needed.

I bought a kitchenaid dishwasher last year, and I remember being so excited when it was installed because it looked really nice in the kitchen. Unfortunately, that excitement has kind of faded. It’s already leaving grit on my cups unless I basically pre-rinse everything first, which makes me feel like I’m doing half the work myself. The drying isn’t great either, so I’m often opening it up to damp dishes. Service was fine, not amazing, not terrible, but for what I paid, I really expected it to perform a lot better. I wanted to love it, but I’m disappointed.

I found the mixer parts I needed in maybe a couple minutes. The site was easy enough to figure out, just felt a bit slow here and there.
